Pritchard has evolved into a commercial sales leader across brands throughout the US. Open Road’s minority equity investment provided the capitalization Pritchard required in order to manage the growth anticipated from its national customers who rely upon Pritchard’s capabilities to support their business plans.

BMW of Ridgefield
A Dedication to Excellence - at BMW of Ridgefield, you'll find a state-of-the-art facility that embodies the brand's commitment to excellence. With a 50,000 square foot service, showroom, and vehicle delivery center, this flagship dealership has received the highly coveted Center of Excellence award for exceptional customer satisfaction. Out of the 338 BMW retail centers in their dealer network, only 30, including BMW of Ridgefield, have been selected for this recognition based on 15 operational criteria. Open Road partnered with Jesse Hord to effect this purchase as a precursor to a more expansive impending transaction.

Open Road Capital has partnered with Edgar Castillanos on a number of acquisitions in 2024 in Southern California. EUROCAR & Lotus of Orange County is the West Coast’s largest luxury and exotic boutique featuring over 150 vehicles on display in their massive 55,000 square foot climate controlled facility.
