Keeler Auto was founded by Sandy Keeler in 1967 and currently includes Keeler Honda, Mercedes-Benz Center at Keeler Motor Car Company, Keeler Mini, and Keeler BMW as well as Keeler Pre-Owned and Keeler Motor Car Company Collision Center. These stores represent the natural next step in the relationship between Open Road Capital and the Keeler family, following the joint acquisition of BMW of Ridgefield [2022] and Genesis of Ridgefield [2024] in Connecticut.
The acquisition of Keeler Motor Company underscores ORC's commitment to the automotive retail sector, its expanding footprint and commitment to deliver exceptional value to its operating partners and the OEMs alike.
