**Open Road Capital Grows Partnership with Trust Automotive Holdings**

Open Road Capital is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Edgar Castellanos of Trust Automotive Holdings through the acquisition of Honda of Lancaster and Subaru of Antelope Valley in California. The dealerships were acquired from Mike Sullivan of LAcarGUY.

This acquisition grows our Trust Automotive Holdings partnership by adding stores from top-tier import brands. We appreciate the trust that Honda and Subaru have in both Open Road Capital and our partner Edgar Castellanos to represent those trusted brands and service our customers in the Antelope Valley.

We are grateful for the efforts of Stephen Dietrich and Kyle Gaughan of Holland & Knight, who provided legal counsel, and Brian Bruggeman and Mike Perry of Crowe, who assisted with the closing process.
