Tim has extensive experience in management buyouts, recapitalizations, and general M&A transactions, including as a founding member of PaineWebber’s Financial Sponsors Group in New York City, subsequently merged with UBS. In addition, he worked for Koch Investments as a member of its Merchant Banking and Capital Markets Group in Greenwich, CT, making principal investments with Koch’s proprietary capital. Prior to Koch, Tim was the manager of commercial real estate firm, The Irving Group, in Tysons Corner, VA which preceded his role as a plant manager and member of the Executive Management Committee of plastics manufacturer, Seaward International in Winchester, VA.
