Peter joined Open Road in August 2023 and has over 30 years of experience in M&A, finance and private equity, including over 20 years in the automotive and transportation industries. Prior to joining Open Road, Peter worked for JM Family Enterprises, the holding company for Southeast Toyota Distributors, one of the two independent Toyota distributors in the US, and subsequently for Seven Isles Capital. Peter was also previously a partner in the law firm of Edwards & Angell (now Locke Lord) and a shareholder in the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart. 

Peter holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Notre Dame and a J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
