Team Peter Sheptak

Peter joined Open Road Capital in August 2023 and has over 30 years of experience in M&A, finance and private equity, including over 20 years in the automotive and transportation industries. Prior to joining Open Road, Peter worked as General Counsel for Seven Isles Capital, as VP and Deputy General Counsel for JM Family Enterprises, the holding company for Southeast Toyota Distributors, one of the two independent Toyota distributors in the US, and as General Counsel for World Omni Financial Corp. Peter was previously a partner in the law firm of Edwards & Angell (now Locke Lord) and a shareholder in the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Notre Dame and a J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
